1. Using Perfect Shot

These Terms govern your use of the Perfect Shot websites, applications, and related services. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. If you use Perfect Shot for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, directions, references, comments, and other content you submit. You grant Perfect Shot a limited license to host, copy, process, modify, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service and to produce the results you request.

• You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use the content.
• You must not upload unlawful, deceptive, infringing, private, or harmful content.
• You are responsible for the people with whom you share projects and links.

4. AI-generated proposals

Generated images are proposals, may contain errors, and may not accurately represent construction feasibility, cost, materials, dimensions, property condition, or legal requirements. Always compare a proposal with the original and review it before approval, publication, or reliance. Perfect Shot does not provide architectural, engineering, appraisal, legal, or real-estate advice.

5. Property marketing and disclosures

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of edited or generated imagery complies with applicable law, professional duties, advertising rules, listing-service requirements, and client instructions. Clearly disclose virtual staging and material alterations where required. Do not use the Service to conceal defects or misrepresent a property.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, bypass limits, probe security, or access another person’s account or content.
• Do not use the Service to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy, publicity, or contractual obligations.
• Do not use generated content to deceive people about the actual state or features of a property.
• Do not resell access, scrape the Service, or use automated means except through an authorized integration.

7. Beta service and changes

During beta, features may be incomplete, change, or be discontinued, and the Service may experience interruptions. Beta access is currently offered without a credit card unless a paid plan is clearly presented and accepted. We may introduce limits or paid plans with advance notice where required.

8. Generated results and third-party services

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated results for your business purposes. Similar or identical results may be generated for others, and we do not guarantee that a result is unique or free from third-party claims. The Service may rely on third-party AI, hosting, storage, email, analytics, and payment services.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, third parties, or comply with law, including for material or repeated violations of these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that generated results will meet every requirement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Perfect Shot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.
