• Property photos, reference images, project names, written or spoken directions, annotations, comments, and generated results.
• Usage and device information, such as browser type, IP address, pages used, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
• Subscription and transaction information. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by Perfect Shot.

2. How we use information

• Provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Perfect Shot.
• Process requested image generations, revisions, comparisons, approvals, shares, and exports.
• Authenticate accounts, maintain project history, and support collaboration.
• Respond to support requests and send essential service communications.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. AI processing and service providers

To produce the result you request, Perfect Shot may send project content and instructions to selected image-generation and infrastructure providers. We also use service providers for hosting, storage, email delivery, analytics, security, and payments. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms.

4. How information is shared

We may share information with service providers, people you invite to a project or gallery, professional advisers, and authorities where required by law. We may also transfer information as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell property photos or project content.

5. Your content and sharing choices

You control which projects, collections, directions, references, and comments are shared through Perfect Shot. Anyone with access to a share link may be able to view the content permitted by that link. Review sharing settings before sending a link and revoke links that are no longer needed.

6. Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain security and records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention can vary by data type and account status. You may request deletion, subject to legal, security, backup, and fraud-prevention requirements.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong password and contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Perfect Shot is a professional service and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
